It has been a buzz of excitement here at the brewery today!! The boys were in this morning bottling the Wind & Sail. This is an exciting batch to watch for at your LCBO as they have a new “New Brewer New Taste” sticker on them. These are part of our relaunch now that our amazing new brewer Alex is with us. See if you can find it at your local LCBO as the beer is dark and tasty!
I had a great visit with 5 people from Germany that were traveling from Toronto to Ottawa today. They stopped in to have a few tasters and pick up some coasters to take to their friends back home.
Meanwhile, Alex is cleaning/filling kegs, filtering beer and the phone is ringing, the fax is going and the emails are rolling in and the the lager continues to ferment…
